HMP's Partial Planning Package

Dear Bride and Groom:  Do you want to plan the wedding of your dreams? Have you made a few decisions, but still need a little help and guidance along the way? If so, this package is for you.  This package is perfect for the couple who have started the planning process, but need professional assistance to help bring their vision to life.

This package starts 6-8 months prior to your wedding day.

Pre- Wedding Services

  • 1 Hour Complimentary Consultation 

  • Unlimited Email and Phone Contact for advice and support throughout the planning process

  • Vendor Referrals 

  • Guidance and Planning for Ceremony and Reception 

  • Assist with creating a design, selecting a color scheme, theme, and style of the wedding

  • One Venue visit for walk through of Ceremony Site

  • One Venue visit for walk through of Reception Site

  • Review of Vendor Quotes and Contracts

  • Assist with Invitation and Program Outlines

  • Create your wedding day Timeline for Vendors and Wedding Party 

  • Assist with ordering rental items

  • Contact Wedding Party informing them of wedding and reception details (rehearsal time, location, etc.) via email

  • Follow-up with all vendors confirming all details  

  • Distribute final payment to all vendors

Wedding Rehearsal

  • Organize and Direct Rehearsal with 1 Additional Wedding Assistant 

  • Organize and Direct Rehearsal with 2 Additional Wedding Assistants*

  • Discuss Wedding and Reception timeline with Wedding Party

  • Collection of all wedding items at rehearsal to be set up on your wedding day.  

  • Consult with Hostesses, Ushers, and Musicians/Soloists 

  • Coordinate with the Officiant on ceremony details

Wedding and Reception

  • Direct and coordinate all wedding and reception details

  • 1 Additional Wedding Assistant for up to 150 Guests

  • 2 Additional Wedding Assistants for up to 200 Guests)*

  • Making sure wedding items are in place (Welcome Sign, Memorial Candles, Unity Ceremony Items, etc.) 

  • Coordinate with the DJ 

  • Coordinate with Musicians, Soloists, etc.

  • Assist Hostesses and Ushers with their duties 

  • Announcement of the Wedding Party at Reception

  • Oversee Reception Schedule 

  • Guiding your guests throughout the day

  • Up to 8 hours of Wedding Day Coverage 

  • “Day of” point of contact for onsite details

  • Oversee proper set-up of ceremony and reception 

  • Gather bride and groom belongings after the reception

  • Guiding you and your guests throughout the day

    $1150.00 (200 Guests)*

-A travel fee is required for weddings over 35 miles one way. 

-Hotel Accommodation fees may also be required for overnight stay.

-A $300.00 non-refundable retainer fee is required to book your date.
